Add a place or correct a card

Use this form to tell us about a chess place we have not listed, or to correct a card. Club officers, organisers, coaches and players are all welcome to write.

What helps most is a link to where the fact is published: a club page, an event listing, a dated post. Reports are collected and checked against that source at the next update of the list, and each change is dated in the changes log.

What would you like to do?
For a new place, what chess happens there. For a correction, which fact on the card is wrong.
A link to a web page, post or listing that shows it. A link lets us check quickly.
So we know who sent the report. It is never published.
A phone number or messenger handle, if you prefer it to email.

Give at least one contact, an email address or another one. It is not published and is not used to write to you unless you ask for a reply.

What happens next

  • Messages are collected and read together at the next update of the list.
  • Each one is compared with the place's own pages and other sources; if they support it, the card changes and the change is dated in the changes log.
  • If we cannot find a source, the card keeps its current state and says what is not confirmed.
  • We do not reply to messages unless you explicitly ask for a reply and give a contact.
